Every week, find a new verse to meditate on and a look into how I meditate. You’ll see these words often: make this your own! I offer an example just to get you started and for inspiration, but it’s much more important that you develop your own style of meditation with the help of the Holy Spirit. Our goal here is to ponder the Lord regularly throughout our day over many days for transformation.
